Organized in 1999, the company provides venture funding, and selectively acts as an intermediary & originator of M&A/LBO/private equity transactions. Galaxy invests independently and/or with other venture/private equity firms, corporate investors and high-net-worth private/"angel" investors. Galaxy and/or its principals also selectively invest in public markets including equities, options & derivatives.
